Not that I'm "for it", or defending,,,but they are not selling a car using another person's vehicles picture, just a car (part). Nothing wrong with that in a sense,,,

 

except that it shows something with good fitment whereas their product could potentially have poor fitment

today..i saw a grille for sale on ebay..

the main pic is of that one fugly data systems grille...

but the grille he is selling is a gialla replica...

^ True, but in these cases, you're not going to be able to tell jack from those size/res of pictures weither the fitment looks good or horrible...But a good point.

What would be seriously wrong would be if they were selling a replica as a true "NISMO", but of course they aren't attempting that in this case,,,

from what i remember it was a replica actually..and there is no legal issues unless there are copyright laws that protect the picture from being used elsewhere without permision. Im sure jimmytango doesnt have copyright laws on his g35 pictures

We could add it to the bottom of each pic. Would need to be transparent.
