notarized consists more.....you parents have to go to notary public ...usually accountants n lawyers....and sign in front of them...they will then stamp it with a state seal.
Anyone can be a notary. The easiest way to get something notarized is to go to your bank. I think most places charge 15 bux for it. Also, even though your car is registered under your parents. Have you recieved the lean back from the bank on the loan that your parents (presumably) took out for your car? If you don't you aren't authorized, really to sell it, even though you could probably get away with selling the car first, and then go back to the bank for the rest of the info you need. Talk to your parents. They will know all of this, and how to proceed.
