Not overly impressed with the quality of the Bluetooth when I'm on the receiving end (landline phone) of a call made from/to the car.

I think they put the microphone in the wrong place. Needs to be closer to the driver. If I set the volume in the car to an acceptable level, the person on the other end can't hardly hear me.

I've read tons of complaints but have only experienced
great results from mine.

People dont even know I'm using it.

My sound also comes through both front speakers instead
of just the passenger side, ???

Maybe its your phone somehow

 

Yup our bluetooth is crap. No can hear me talking unless I scream in the mic. The worse part is there isn't even caller i.d. on the damn thing. Every other car company that offers BT as an option have better systems with good read out, controlls, and, yes, caller id.

I keep trying with mine and it has one

 

I use mine all the time and aside from having to get my sprint A900 flashed for the bluetooth to work, its all gone flawlessly. I talk on it all the time (seems people never call me until I'm on the road!)
