Help finding rattle/buzz

I have a buzz coming from the rear under moderate to hard acceleration or on the freeway. Where could it be coming from... sounds like its coming from behind the rear seats...
I have a G35C 6MT

Me too! exact same problem, back and speaker cover. I have subs so it makes it rattle like crazy. I would love to hear some solutions too.
