I was driving out of my hood, and then all of a sudden, a loud countinous beep when off. Then a warning light came on, i pulled over to see what it was. And it turns out that my car has low air pressure....but i didnt run over a nail, or anything....so i dont know why it went off.....

have any of you expierenced this problem. Is it the tires? and how do i get that light offf?? thanks, peace!

If you drove out of your hood, you've got a much bigger issue than tires bro. [img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img] J/K......

One or more tires must be low on pressure. Check them all and pump up the offending one(s) and the light should go out.

some people have had problems with their tire pressure sensors.. if all your tires seem fine, i would suggest bringing to your nearest dealer to get the problem fixed..

Yes, I just started having this issue too, but with a twist: a long, loud, continuous beep - but *no* warning lights of any kind. Happens on cold mornings, within the first mile of driving. I haven't had a chance to check the tires stone cold, but they are all fine a few minutes after driving.

 

When the air gets cold the tires get low on pressure. I had to take my G in for re-calibration of te sensor.

To bad a day later I was hit and te car has been in for 2 weeks now.

mine just came on today, but no audible beep. Also when I turn the car off, it goes away. Then later come back. I'll take it to the dealer soon I guess.

im sure you all already know this, but all cars all tires lose pressure overtime. pressure is supposed to be checked at most oil changes, but who knows if they actually do it or not. best bet is to check your pressure very 3-6 mo. do i do it? heck no. hehe.
