I've seen a few of these in NY. Pretty interesting stuff. I guess it takes out the possibility of door dings, but I can only imagine what it's like at rush-hour when everyone is trying to get their car out.

damn looks cool....id rather do that then leave my key with a random guy and have him to squeeze it car into a crowded lot

Saw those being used in Tokyo in the early 70's while there on an internship. One was located directly across the street from the Bank dormitory I lived in. Seemed to work well.

i think this is a GREAT idea.. no need to look for parking spot.. it parks for you.. no worry about where u have to park bcuz no one is allowed in to vandelize your car. i hope this becomes big

Yeah, they're all over Tokyo - thought it was a pretty cool idea the first time I saw one.

It's amazing how progressive things are in Tokyo - albeit this was a necessity there many years ago with the population increasing 10 fold and land mass decreasing just the same.
