anyone have to replace their battery or alternator yet, my car seems to be struggling to start. im in FL so cold starts arent the issue casue its only 47 F out. car has 49K on it and its an 03, not sure if its original battery

Check the connections and make sure they aren't corroded?

have you checked the chambers to make sure there is distilled water in them? stock batteries have to be serviced every couple of months

 

Florida's heat is as hard on batteries as cold weather is. That's why Sears has DieHard "south" batteries and "north" batteries, for example. Getting 4 years out of the stock battery in FL is about what I would expect. If the alternator was going bad, you would notice dimmer headlights than normal, etc.

 

I think that my battery is on its last leg I am going to be getting one b4 I get stuck somewhere
