I've stalled my car a few times when I first bought it. Now, sometimes my foot will get lazy and I would almost stall my car at a light or in traffic and literally will have the RPM drop to nothing but I would catch it and then it is fine.

 

when i first learned to drive stick on my dads 350Z i only stalled 1 time out of maybe the 40 or 50 times ive driven...

 

lol everyone still stalls out from time to time, shouldn't be bad at all

 

the only time I stall anymore is when I accidently stick it in 6th rather than reverse

 

Just dont do it on a regular basis and youll be fine.

Not trying to be critical at all, but I knew this before I even learned how to drive an MT.

It's all good though, we all need to learn something new.
