04 Brembos on 06?

Could i put the 03-04 brembos on my 06 coupe 6MT?? How do they compare?? I jus want it to say BREMBO on my calipers! lol no really thought can and do they perform any better?

Can't answer that, never rolled in a G with Brembos. As far as fitting...look in this tech section of Driver and you might find you answer.

For the money you would spend on Brembos, imo you be better off with aftermarket for about the same $$.

05-06 are the same. I just installed 04 brembos on my 05 and they fit. All u need is to trim the dust shields on the rear and the rear bolts dont fit.

FYI, my 05 front rotors are the same size as the oem bremo rotors and calipers look to be close to the same size. I believe my 05 sports suspension is just as good just without all the bling bling.

o i understand theres not much difference i just would like the oem brembos i tried the search i couldnt find anything on it thats why i decided to make this thread. So what adaptations did you have to make other than shaving the brake dust shield?

If the rear bolts don't fit, is it as simple as getting a new bolt? Or is something substantial needed to make it fit? I'm somewhat interested in possibily doing this also.

just sell me your brembo's, then you can get any BBK you want

I dont have the brembos i would like to put the ones that come on a 03-04 on my 06 i just wanted to know if they fit and if the ones on my car arent better so im not degrading

the brembos are better breaks hands downw, it s a 1 piston system, to a multi piston system. brembo is really the best.
