Difference between 03 & 04 Coupes?
Difference between 03 & 04 Coupes?
Hey everyone!
First post here, so play nice!
I looked at a couple of g35 coupes today (one was a 04, the other a 03), and the 03 is being offered to me for US~$30,000. Is that a good deal? It's only got about 1,800 miles (demo car).
It doesnt have navigation...which was pretty fun to play with on the 04.
Is the navigation package even available for the 03's?
In any case, I'll be trading in my 99 TransAm WS6 for the G, so I want to make sure I get my hands on the right car.
Is it worth it to pay more money for the 04 (getting the Navi package in the process) ??
I havent been looking/researching the G's for that long, so I figure I'd come to the best and ask questions!
Thanx guys

Look at this thread:

Navigation. There are strong feelings between forum members both ways. I don't have it, so I don't miss it. Those that do love it.
New vs. used. Up to you. Is the equipment right? Color, transmission? Was the Demo abused? $30K seems pretty good.
But, it's a great car.

If it were me I'd go with the '04 with Navi and pay the extra $.
I feel much better putting all the miles on my cars and not wondering about the ones on a used ride.
From my experience, demos get 'tested' to their full extent and that's right from new. No break-in no nothing.
Get a new one with Navi. It'll be worth the wait. I'm very happy with mine.
