This deal is too good to be true.

2 Things I suggest you to do before you put your money on:
-Check its history throughly before you put your money on (Carfax is better than nothing).
-Hire a mechanic that you can trust to check/test drive the car for you.

Thanks for all the input guys. I thought the deal was too good to be true. The car itself wasn't that bad, I think it looked a little worse in the pictures. But turbonetics, you are right about the accident. The title is clean, but there was an accident back in 2004. The owner said he didn't know anything about it, and I believe him. I was just wondering if there was any way to find out more info on the accident. Do I need to sign up/pay for premium carfax or something?

 

For sure run a Carfax on the vin number. If it's clear go for it......then have
it detailed inside and out (debugged)..........Oh yea, lose the steering wheel
cover......what's it hiding? haha

 

Not feeling those rims

 

That interior is the pits. And the exterior paint needs some care. That car although low in mileage, was not taken care of. There is one thing about a black car. You can tell right away if the owner has taken care of it.
These areas can be fixed, but you definately got your work cut out for you.
IMHO with all things considered I wouldn't buy it.

 

I'd be careful, but it does appear to be a good buy. Have it inspected and everything first. I don't trust people who mod their cars like this guy, so I'd double and triple check everything.

My old car was 03 blk/blk 6mt with all the goody. You are right , it turn head even an 03 now I got 06 Lp 5at nobody even give a second look .But any way make sure ask him about the power window motor, and tranmisson and clicking sound on right rear wheel ,he'll know.

 

I wouldn't trust any Columbians!!
