I Drove A 05 Automatic 350z Convert.the Other Day..when I Used The Manual Shift Mode It Shifted Hard/firm In Every Gear ...my 05 G Coupe Shifts Silky-smooth ...whats Up With That ???? I Would Love For My G To Shift Firmer Like The Z.............

 

I think I might know what your talking about. I posted last week about lag with the tiptronic in the autmatic g's. People told me to go with a grounding gear or a vavlebody upgrade. Hope this helps

Probably has to do with the 350z being more of a sports car and G35 a little bit more about luxury...

There are mods out there that will help your G auto tranny to shift more crisp and faster with less lag.

 

the normal automatic shift is fine...its just the manual mode i wouldlove to firm up.... does any one make a valve body mod besides stillen ???

 

This is the best so I have heard. I am probably going to do this.
