Is there any way to swap the 9003 fog light/high beam on a 2003 g35 coupe to hid? thanks

The foglight is an H4, and yes you an buy a retrofit kit with H4 based HID bulbs, but its not recommened because of the ensuing glare that will blind other drivers. Better off with a projector retrofit or finding bulbs that match the stock HID output

how does it look?? also, if im changing out my h4 bulbs, if i wanted to change out my factory hid's, would it be the same process as the halogens??

 

you can buy a plug and play hid kit or do a projector retrofit

 

Personally, I think it's overkill... just get some WHITE fogs so it's more uniform! I know a lot of people have done retros for their FOGs and they turn out SICK (as far as workmanship)--but they're just no my taste.
