Its not just the speakers. Its labor, amp (which I already have), Speakers, and Speaker wire.

ok, i think if you want real help, you need to say exactly what it is that youre going for. you want to run all new speaker wire? why? if your not going with top of the line stuff, that doesnt make any sence. if your not doing the job yourself, your going to pay out the azz to have some shop pull all new wire for you. with little to nothing showing for your money spent. use the factory wire. im really not sure why youre even having a shop do it if youre not touching the deck. speakers are easy. save yourself the money, and put them in yourself. if youre not comfortable doing that, thats fine. youll just have to spend a little more cash.
if you dont want to run the amp kits, have the shop do it, and you finish the amps/wiring yourself.

then again, i just realized that your post points to the fact that you may not know how to do these things, so you may want to spend the money so its done right.

The amp kits are already run. I am running new speaker wire because I am putting in 150W rms speakers. They Are Image Dynamics CXS64 series component set.

no, the norm is 18 (for factory stuff)
assuming it is 18, the difference in sound quality, between factory and 12 AWG (which im assuming you were planning on using) wont be heard by the human ear. unless youre the sentinal! (remember that gay show?!)

i have 2 10" alpine type r's, then tomorow im getting the brand new alpine type r speakers put in that just came out a couple of weeks ago... the component set for the front and coaxial for the back... they're like 300 watts each, and i have a rockford fosgate 450.2 powering the type r's, and an alpine mrd-f450? powering my stock bose speakers, and it sounds... amazing, but when i replace the bose w. the new type r's, it should be insane

Honestly, the Bose speakers in there really aren't their weight in dog feces, or anything else for that matter. They are simply high impedance paper drivers. also the stock amp is so small it makes me laugh. I would suggest just buying some direct replacement sizes. You could go with whatever brand suits your fancy, they all should be about 100$ a pair for their lower ranges, which will still kick the Bose speakers' asses.
