+1 on the substantial wind noise on the passenger side though I'm not getting the whistling sound.

Watching for a fix but I think it's that stripping. I noticed that panel is a bit less secure than the driver side one. I don't think it's a frameless problem otherwise they would both do it.

I'm having the same issue. Tomorrow night I am going to try to re-position my window slightly to see if that helps the issue. I am also going to try to source some Shin-Etsu Grease (from my Honda days) to lube/soften up the weatherstripping. I'll let you guys know.

Wouldn't that leave a greasy ring on the window? Personally, I'd rather deal with the sound than have grease smeared everywhere.

I just bought my G and I have this same wind noise as described here. I'm almost positive I found the cause too. I had a passenger locate the noise while in my car and it is coming from the front of the pass. side door. So I inspected the door a few days later and noticed that near the pass. side mirror, there was a gap in between the plastic at the bottom of the windshield. I could freely move the plastic with my finger so I know the half an inch gap had to be the cause.

Hopefully that makes sense...kinda hard to describe. I'm just going to fix it myself as soon as I figure out a permanent solution.

I have figured out that my passenger side window doesnt go up as far as the drivers side.. it does shift up when the door is closed but not as far as the drivers.

there must be a way to adjust the final height of the window ?

i fixed by shimming that little d space on the top right corner with some rubber 1/8 spacers
i guess it wears out and windows still tucks under neath the top rail just glue them on there behind the gasket

Having window tint helps, I had the noise with my tint on. And I just had the tint removed bc I got a ticket, now the noise is really load even going 25 mph. It sucks.

I think it was stated in another thread that the proper fix for this is the DIY window track adjustment, the door panel does have to be removed. It seems it is attributed to the track getting loose and while driving the window shifts out just enough to let some air in.

* EDIT: according to TannerG below this made his air leak worse so I guess it depends on what type of leak you have and where it's located. So YMMV.

^^ That fixes the window rattle when you shut the door. I'd tried those steps before to try to fix my air leak and it only made it worse. My problem is the top corner of the window is not touching the "gasket" so the window doesn't seal completely. When I did the steps in the thread you linked, the gap between the window and gasket was even larger. I seem to need to find a happy medium between the air leak and window rattle then try to shim it like lsbs mentioned.
