Anyway, less than 10mpg? ouch man. I think you should take it in to a trusted mechanic or the stealership and ask *them* to find out what's wrong. Why spend all the money on services that you *think* will fix the problem, but is not guaranteed?
:-( mechanic you trust? By the way, you didn't mention what kind of driving you do and your driving style.
Here's one thing you can do: Fill it up and go on a trip that's 1-2 hours long. Drive *gently* and no faster than 65-75 mph and see what kind of miles you get afterwards. If it's still really poor, then it could be a sign that something is wrong. If it's in low to mid 20's, then it might be "just how it is."

NTB did my G and it is so much more responsive now...
The Mileage has always been great but I knew it needed service due to the miles at the time (60K)... IT cost me $99 +tax and was done by a ASE Master certified tech. I spoke to the guy before he did the job and he assured my it would make me happy because he took the time to do it right, including heating, cooling and injector soak time. He said beware, many shops just shoot some cleaner in the TB and send a quick can of pressurized cleaner through the rail without letting the proper soaking time pass and they don't even touch the MAF.

Clean Throttle body? Unlikely it needs it.
Clean MAF? Easy. Go to auto parts store and buy a can of MAF cleaner. Spray heck out of it.
You can do these three easy.
Fuel system flush? If you have been running good quality gas with the proper amounts of detergents, you should not need it.
10mpg? If it's not lead foot, you have a fuel delivery problem. Have someone drive behind you, does it stink, is it blowing black smoke? Both are signs of a botched fuel system.
One thing I just can't understand, can someone please tell me? I'm seeing ppl getting 10 or 13 MPG (not me) and the stealer say its normal. How can it be normal when the G is supposed to be 16 - 18 MPG. Anyone had that problem fixed by the stealer w/o any pocket $$$ ?
why would you need a new maf, that makes no sense...unless you have a rechargeable filter you just replace your air filter, the fuel system treatment is a bottle they dump into the fuel tank...the throttle body does not need to be cleaned unless you have hit over 20k miles already...the maf sensor can be cleaned with an spray that evaporates on contact...very simple...
