Hey.........I was wondering if i have test pipes, and HKS Hi-power exhaust,
if i take to the dealership for some check, will be my warranty canceled or not??????????

 

the warranty will be voided within that particular area of the car (exhaust).
in other words anything exhaust related will not be covered but if your splash gaurds need to be replaced then your fine.

at leats this is in most cases, ive heard that some dealerships wont do anything if you alter any part of your car.. I would go down and talk to (or call) infiniti and ask them about their policy

 

if the problem you want to be warrantied is caused by the hks or test pipes, then yes your warranty will be voided. but if youre taking the car in for something like your headlights, youll be fine.

 

I've gotten to know my service guy pretty well and he use to be a mechanic. I have the HKS exhaust, Vortec S/C with a 1/2 spacer and he told me he will warranty my engine and tranny as long as I keep up my maintenace with them. He told me if I ever blew my engine while in warranty to take off the s/c first then he will take care of the rest for me. I tip him everytime I come b/c he gives me prompt serivce and does whatever i need done.
