A pic of ARC Suction Pipe, Induction Box, Ti Strut bar, Ti Hood Panel

I'd be better off with a 5/16" spacer..........

If you guys have price requests, please PM me what you are looking for and I will get you forum pricing. Thanks guys.
touches the inside of the hood and the strut bar is thicker than the cover!

From what I know about titanium, it is volatile when welded in an oxygen-rich environment—so it needs to be fabricated in zero-oxygen or within a vacuum (or inert environment). The metal itself is not so expensive (though, of course it is a more-expensive metal) as the process and labors of utilizing it are.
Please...correct me on this if I am mistaken. My specific knowledge is from titanium fabrication within the mountain bike industry. I'm sure there's an engineer on here who can confirm/correct my statements.
Similarly, magnesium is very volatile given improper conditions and I believe beryllium is too. American Beryllium used to make a mountain bike frame out of a beryllium alloy and it was SICK light. One version of the MiG fighter was made of magnesium. I saw a video of it crashing and it was like a second sun in the sky when the entire plane erupted in flames. Magnesium burns very rapidly.

If the richie one is the exact same mine is all the way down and still has room with a 5/16 spacer (no cover but plenty of room).
