BLACK tint for sure. I am not a fan of colored tint as well. IMO.
I got 35% all around.
I kinda wished i opted for a tad darker. My suggestion, go one step below legal.
Legal = 35%
One step daker = 23%

The only car blue tint looks good on is the special blue tinted glass on MBs. Anything else looks like a knock off (which it is).
