Dealership Technicians suck @SS!!!!
The level of my power steering fluid has been going down on my 2006 coupe. My car is bone stock with only 11,000. i took it to the dealership and they claimed they couldnt find anything leaking, but suggested that the liquid i saw was from a messy oil changes and they would recommend me doing an oil change with them. BullSh!t. That was last monday, i checked my PS fluid this friday and saw it was half way down. i took it to my friends shop and put it on the lift. my friend told me that the rubber boots in the front, protects the seals inside from dirt, etc, so they should be dry. He shows me that this is how they inspect their cars to see if PS fluid is present in that location cuz this would mean that the seals had given out. sure enough we poke the boot on both sides and fluid seeps out. Bastards at dealership either didnt take the time to look at it because they saw an aftermarket oil filter or their technicians Suck. Anyways its going back this monday morning along with a huge complaint to the service manager. I wonder if this is a defect anybody hae this problem
