Of the five US market 350Zs, 2 trim levels offer the automatic transmission with manumatic mode...That would be the Enthusiast model, cloth interior, and the Touring, leather interior and Bose...Smart move, offering the AT in the cloth model and leather model, although one can get the driver's and passenger's seats in Katzkin leather (40 options to choose from) installed from the dealer...Anyway, that would lead one to believe that the Z is selling more MTs than ATs, and I believe that's the truth...A sports car belongs in MT trim, in my opinion...A 2+2 is fine in either trim...However, a true sports car should be without AC, radio, and creature comforts, so no true sports car is really in the market these days and therefore the Z v G35C, 6MT v 5AT debates are actually moot...This is, of course, just my opinion
