Hmmm...for what it's worth, no clicking on my 06 ~30K, but good info to watch out for down the road.
Mine on cold winter days, has a slight moaning sound in rear until things have rotated for awhile then it's gone. It's summer now, so no sound at all now. That's happen past two winters in a row. Wonder if it's the lack of grease that was mentioned earlier here (bearings?). Moaning pitch changes with tire rotation too.
Good stuff. Will have to check that b/c I have that noise ever since I did my drop. Thought that was normal noise. No warranty I'm sure being I have aftermarket sways. Oh well, but thanks for that insight of possible cause.

If you've gotten the TSB done on your Rear Axle and the problem which is not a Clicking sound but more like a Clunk sound at slow speed going over bumps; then have you End Link Bushings on your Sway Bar replaced. Don't just get it tightened which the dealer always will do, get it replaced. Worn bushings don't get tightened; they get replaced. That should atleast fix most/all/some of you guys reporting this sound from the Rear Axle.
