4th gear grinding

4th gear grinding
ok so today i get in my 06 6mt coupe 10,500 miles and go to shift into 4th and it grinds so i figure it was me not payin attn but itkeeps doin it only in 4th so i am skippin 4th gear when im driving anyone else having these problems
