Questions for Ionic Grill owners

Hey Guys,
I bought this grill a few weeks ago. Just finally got around to getting it painted. I am installing it this weekend(can't wait). My only concern is how the mesh is held on. Has anyone done any extra modification to make the mesh stay on more firmly? If you have not has anyone had any issues with the mesh coming off after use? I am in no way bashing on this mod. I would recommend anyone buying this from Ionic.

I have had no problems using the mouting system (metal wires) that came with the grill. Its been on a few weeks now. The mesh is very light and has thin wiring so it shouldn't encounter much wind resistance. No problems so far on mine but like I said, its only been a few weeks.

that's how all the mesh grilles are held in place. at least with all the grilles i've seen/had. i can only imagine it'd be the same or similar with the authentic gialla grille.

well, they don't all use metal wires, but the same idea. it'll hold just fine unless a huge rock comes flying at the mesh at 875325mph

Thanks Alot guys. This is what I figured but I wanted to hear from some of the other owners of this grill. I will look out for this huge rock, but at that speed I don't think it would matter what kind grill I have,

robchris: Hi! The mesh should be held in just fine with the metal wires that are on the grill, but if you want something that will hold it in place permanently then I would recommend using an industrial strength adhesive like liquid nails. Just be careful that you don't get any on the paint.

Please let me know if you have any more questions!! And a big thanks to everyone else who replied, it's nice to see that all of you are happy
