Glendale is the devil of all dealerships! Everything about their customer service is crap. From sales to service!

They didn't "throw it away". More like they sold it and pocketed the damn money, telling their fellow workers how they ripped off the asian guy. Lesson learned. Don't go to Glendale Infiniti.

Clearly one of the techs saw it and bogarted for themselves. You should have taken the bumber off yourself before bringing it back to the dealer.

I would have. Then the dealer would have been forced to put the other bumper back on.

I would go down there. Face to face where he cant hang up on you. I would want to see his face when he lies to me. Then make as big a sceen as you can without hurting anyone and getting arrested. Thats really the most you can do without having anything in writing and without going to jail.

The Infinti I bought my 350Z at screw me over for my rims. I had after market rims on my car while trading in for the Z. They called a week later saying the buyer wants oem rims and that if I bring the oem to them, I'll get my aftermarkets back. I brought my rims downt here and he said my car was out on a test drive and that I should leave the rims and they'll call me once they switch te rims so I can pick up my after market. I didnt get a call in a week so I called and they said that they never made a deal with me and that it was agreed while the purchase of my Z that I would give them both sets of wheels. SO I GOT SCREWED!

I'm just curious....why didn't you take off the aftermarket rims before you brought your car in for the trade-in? Because, since you left the rims on, the dealer can always say that the trade-in was as you delivered it.

Something similar to that happen to me too several years ago. I used to have a Integra with sounds and traded it in for a new Thunderbird SC. At the time I made the deal that I would remove the system and install the stock deck back in. They said ok, BUT.... you know how pushy dealers are to get you in the new car. They said to take home the new car and leave the trade in and that I could come back within a couple of days to do the stereo swap. I wanted to go home and do the swap and buy the car the next day. But they insisted that the deal was only good for that day. So I agree and off I go in my new car. I get back the next day to the dealer to takeout the deck (not no cheapie either it was an Alpine 79xx, top of the line deck) and it's gone. Someone at the dealer jacked it. They look around and say they don't have it or know where it is. After several discussions with the sales person, service manager, general manager.....I got squat. Lesson learned, GET IT IN WRITTING!!!

I would take it to the next level.

I would go down there or if you need to with your BIG buddy. Find the knuckle head who is at fault. Tell him I need to speak with you in "private". Then tell him, you think your going to fu@k me your wrong. Find my piece or pay for my piece or the next time we meet I will be speaking with you in
your LIVING ROOM! And that conversation will not be as pleasant!

A mini tape recording could go a long way in court if you also had a witness and told the guy you were recording this... Never trust a dealer.
You can still slap a civil suit on them for this.
