WTF?? what can I do guys??

hey guys..as all you know
I lemon law my G couple weeks ago..
when I was returning my G, I had the KS rear bumper on it
because I had my stock rear bumper at Glendale Infiniti

the reason why my rear bumper was stored at Glendale Infiniti
was because one of the manager was telling me that there was one
customer who wanted to buy my rear bumper..

the manager promised me to replace my rear bumper back to the stock
so I can bring the KS rear home
and when my G was getting inspected, the manager and I told the
inspector that it will be replaced back to stock bumper..and the inspector
said that it's cool!

a week later, this manager called me and told me that they can't
find my rear bumper..WTF? and now they are telling me
that they threw away my bumper because it was just sitting there!

the main manager is now telling me that he won't pay for my rear bumper
and I can't take my KS rear because the G no longer belongs to Glendale
Infiniti, but it belongs to the manufacture..

I explained to the main manager that one of his manager was supposed to
take care of it, but this main manager decides to just hang up on me WTF HE SAID HE AINT GOT TIME FOR THIS...
what the fuxx is that???

the manager that was supposed to take care of this is on vacation now
and I think they are about to take my car to wherever it has to go...

what can I do guys?
Do I just have to give up on my KS rear?

sorry for writing this long..I'm pissed and frustuated right now..
any inputs will be appreciated!
thanks again guys..

and don't ever deal with Glendale Inifiti people..
they are just so rude!

I think he means Glendale California. In either case, you mean to tell me you didn't get any of this in writing? Really, I hate to say it, but you probably screwed yourself over for not getting this all in writing. I know I've done this plenty of times and gotten screwed over myself but these days, I never ever take someone's word for it. Having it in writing is the way to go. Anywho, I think you can either wait until the other manager gets back and try and get your money for the rear bumper (most likley not though) or just bit the bullet and take the loss.

I hate Glendale Infiniti when i got my G they told me they would throw in 10 free oil changes, i asked them for a paper they said o not to worry about it and that it will all go into the service computers. BS, %&CKEN liers. i got the one free oil change that infiniti gives to all its customers after that they told me they didnt have it in the system and why i didnt have a paper they were making it look like I was trying to rip them off.

NEVER been back to Glendale Infiniti, i live in glendale but i drive 15 miles to Miller infiniti for service, thats how much i hate them.

nope..lol
but my G was one of a kind!
-my navigation was shutting down and not reading properly
-gas gauge wasn't reading properly..meaning it will say that it's full and then it will read that it's empty in a split second..
-driver side seat belt got locked so I couldnt put it on
-window rattling
-problem with filling the gas tank..

I had this car for 11 months..and I took in my car for service every
months..
it's been in the STEALERSHIP for over 45 day cumulative

now it's gone! along with my KS rear

We all learn one way or another. Funny, I had really good service (when I bought the car at least) at Glendale. I specifically went there since they gave me the exact amount of my car, out the door. Sure enough, that was what it was. Maybe their service dept. blows? Now, I go to Infiniti South Bay for service and so far, they are doing a decent job. However, they were changing their story every time I would go there to buy the car.
