are you talking about the visor or the trim around the opening in the interior?

the same thing happened to the trim around my sunroof, in the interior. i took it to the dealer and they replaced the entire part with a new one.

im going to the service department tomorrow to pick up an extra key that they owe me. Do you think that they could replace the whole trim on the spot or do you think i need to setup an appointment? thanks

Same here. They must have used some ****ty glue. I'm sure you can just have them glue it back. If you ask for them to replace it, then you will need to have an appt to have them look at it. Then they will have to order the part and you will have to come back a few days later. PITA.

the dealer had the part in stock when i took my car in, so they replaced it that day. if not, i'm sure they'll order it and have you come back.

for some reason my trim is not only loose, but where it is loose it has a sharp bend in it. so even if i glued it myself the bend would just pop it off again. anyone else have this?
