If you are really worried you can set up fuel cut of switches. I had this in my last car (honda civic si) since they were known as easy cars to steal. All you do is find the wires going to the fuel pump located under the rear seat and attach a switch that can be turned off and on. Hide the switch or switches in a secret location and flip the switch(es) off when you leave the car. This prevents any gas going into the engine when trying to start it. The only thing it doesn't save you from is towing.

I installed a chip in my car, every time i dial (818) 920 -8476 my car is disabled from my phone. I want to see a thief take my car now..

PS. Why won't my car turn on? Did someone dial that damn number? *sarcasm*

That would be a pretty cool device tho .

Like I said, none of my knowledge is first hand, its a combination of things I've read on the 'net and things I know about the car. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. This is one subject that I would actually like to be wrong about.

If I ever come across an ECU with a programmed key I'll give it a shot just to see, but I'm not sure when that would ever happen.

I do, however, know for a fact about the drivers door key cylinder. That is a huge security flaw and should have been fixed by Nissan 5+ years ago.
