Are brembo calipers compatible with non-oem brake setup?

Just for style i was thinking of getting some brembos. And since style is on the agenda, i was wondering it it would fit the stock non-oem brake assembly on my 05 6mt coupe. Further, i have volk sf winnings with +29 offset in the front and +17 in the back will these brakes clear my wheels?

You need more than just the calipers. Brembo makes a Grand Turismo set for under 3k for the 05+ g35 coupes, but its only the front brakes, not the rear (which would stay OEM)--Choice of colors black, red. You can call Brembo and see if the setu will clear your rims. I did see an all 4 brakes Brembo setup for non brembo cars for like 4.5k on a japanese importer site--but that's a ridiculous amount of money to pay.
Why not also look at Stoptech?--more choices, less cost. I also don't know how aftermarket full brake kits affect the vcd on our cars.

Yeah I wouldnt go with the oem brembos, they cost the same as other setups but many other g35's have them so get something beefier.

Stoptechs ftmfw.

They have been going for 1500+ for all 4 in good condition. Maybe 1200 if the rotors and pads wasted and some chips on the calipers.
