Fuse question

Hey I got an 03 coupe and I blew the fuse on the left cigarette lighter. Does anyone know what type of fuse it is and where in the fuse box is it located? Also where is the damn fuse puller?

Left kick panel next to parking brake pedal (for 5AT). Fuse puller and is there and list of fuses on the back of the cover. Kind of a PITA to get to and see, unless if you are a contortionist.
