I just bought a momo shift **** for my 5AT.
But I have no idea how to take the metal thing off from the leather boot.
It just won't get off from it.
Do you guys know how to take it off so I can attach it to momo ****?

 

if you pull the metal part down, theres a clip underneath that you can remove

I know how to remove the shift **** for 03-04.
But 05+ they have leather boot that I have to take apart metal thing and leather each other.
I tried so hard to take off the metal thing from the leather boot, but I couldn't.
If anybody have done this or know how to remove the metal thing from the leather, let me know. Please.
