I was sitting in front of a starbucks as my G was right next to me pretty much out front. Some bikers rolled up and stared at my G as they walked into the starbucks. One went up to the car and bent over to look at the brakes. I just sat there 2 ft away watching. I dont think he knew itwas mine. I wonder if he saw the intercoolers....

 

Hahah.. that happens to me a lot too. It's fun to watch.

Some of the more entertaining ones are people CHASING me down on the freeway to take pics w/ their cell phone cameras and stuff. One time I was in stop-n-go traffic and a guy drove on the shoulder to get side by side with me to honk and give me a thumbs up. Just entertainment all day long.

 

mine was i had my friends riding with me and they said this was the sweetest ride they been too no rattle or anything no vibration when we were going 100mph in freeway they were tripping

 

the first day i bought it my mom said it looked like me, the best compliment i ever got.

Depends on where you are. Where I live, you will see 500 multi colored loud exhaust civics for every 1 G35C

 

Well a girl I was with for a little bit once said it was the hottest car she has ever been in, and another friend got depressed one night when we were going out to a bar with friends and we rode with the other guy (the DD, no DUI in a G for me). And then my neighboors kids are always like I love his car its ****ing aswsome when ever I drive by (yeah I turn the stereo down and roll the windows down just to hear it, I guess I'm that vein about my G).

 

I get alot of compliments but this one is pretty funny. I went to go get some Frozen Custard the other day for my 8 month pregnant wife from Nielsons Custard (if you have never tried it you should) but on my way out of the custard shop a girl came up to me and said that her boyfriend said that my car gives him sexual thoughts its so hot. Thought that was a pretty funny compliment. Just had to share that one.

lastnight me and my gf went to get icecream and as we were walking to the car i see this guy walk on the side of the car then to the back (i guess to see what kind of car it was) and as he looked at the back i see him mouth the word "damn". he starts walking away and sees that were walking towards it and he goes nice car man, told him thanks. pulled out and drove past him so he could get another look at it..lol!

 

i was parked at a red light by boston commons bout to pull down this long street called newbury with a bunch of high end stores. a group of girls were crossing the street staring down my car, 1 girl walks up to the passenger side door and says "omg this car is soo nice, it looks so much better than my daddies mercedes, what is it? a porsche?"

lol.

i guess i was flattered, but the porsche comment kindof hurt lol

and another time waiting to get in a mall parking garage, this girl pulls up next to me in her little white scion and says "woo hun, wanna take me for a ride sometimes?"

 

unfortunate that the situation was wasted on a guy who's married.... cause it sounds to me like that girl was ready to leave her boyfriend for you and that the G gave HER the sexual thoughts....

good story though and congrats on the baby!

 

i havent gotten compliments lately but i sure do get lots of stares and ppl breaking there kneck looking at my Basically stock G lol
