Same thing happened to me!

 

I'm a somewhat new G owner and I'm surprised that I get compliments on my 6 year old car. I got my VA inspection a couple months ago and the dude who did the inspection just kept repeating "nice car" over and over while molesting my G....had my G posted up at the main entrance of my apt building waiting on the GF and a random neighbor of mine told me that the G35 coupe is her dream car....ive had other compliments as well. Its nice to think that the design is pretty enough to stand up to the test of time.

And i appreciate all the nods i get from other G coupe drivers as well....

 

I don't get compliments and my G is not even stock

 

A lady at the gas station told me that with a car like mine, I should just drive it around all day.

A friend of mine frequently reminds me that I have her dream car.

A coworker (much higher up than me) told me he should have bought a G instead of what he has now.

 

Had some mexican wiggerish dude at a gas station ask me

"yo how much u get miles for that?"
huh?
"miles per gallon bro!"
oh, bout 19
"damn man. that **** guzzles it! I get like 29-30 (he had altima)"

I have gotten the same compliment as the OP. "it looks like the bat mobile" haha
But the best compliment has to be (not necessarily of the car but it was involved), "he looks f****** sexy in that car"

 

some guy pulls up next to me in a beat up, missing body panel, CRX at a stop light and says, "hey mannnnn, how you gets a ride like dis one right hur"

i just laugh and yell back "you get a job"

i felt like such an a$$ hole but it was the first thing that popped up in my head at the time.

but on occasion i get the "whoa man nice ride!" or "this is YOUR car?" just because im 17 and i bought a g35 coupe with my own cash.
