Hi.

I'm on the fence between black, silver or the diamond graphite. I've seen the black (lovely if it's taken care of) and silver (always a great choice IMO even though it is a fad these days). I just haven't seen the DG in person. The only time I've seen it is in photos with overcast skies and the color looks like of dead to me. I'm sure it has to be prettier in person and with the sun shining on it. Does anyone have any good pix showing off the Diamond Graphite?

I second the opinion that Diamond Graphite looks better than the Silver. The one I saw in person looks darker than it appears in most pictures. I also think it has more of a metallic shimmer, whereas the silver is relatively flat. But that's just my opinion, you should definitely track one down for a look yourself.

Black? Terrible color. Nobody should buy them black. In fact, Infiniti should stop offering it in that color. I think that would be for the best.

I too, had been on the fence between BS and DG.
I've owned 4 black Z's, and was tired of the constant care.

My current car is a G sedan in BS.
Its a great color, easy to keep looking good.

I'm trading in the sedan for a DG coupe.
The DG is a great color on the coupe, deep metallic color.
Much more detail than the BS, which can be kind of flat.

I have not seen ONE picture of the DG that does it justice.
You MUST see it in person.

Thanks guys.. The DG is definitely sharp. I'm a huge silver fan, but the silver on the G35 just doesn't do it for me for some reason. Maybe it's because I'm finally sick of silver now that it has become such a popular color. Why couldn't the masses just stick to their teal's, blue's, purple's and green's?

Anyway.. I still think black is the sharpest for sure, but I don't know if I want to take care of another black car. It's one of the best and worst colors. Fantastic when it's clean, but horrible when it's dirty and it gets dirty very easily. Wash it in the morning and it's covered in dust by noon.

I definitely have to hit some lots and see if I can find one to look at in person. Apparently, it's a totally hot color around here and it might be hard to find.

My previous car was black so I opted for the diamond graphite. I don't regret it at all. After seeing the black I prefer the DG.

as odd as that may sound .. thats what I am goin wit and I feel kind of relieved about finally getting it over with!!!!

I am gonna get some kind of polished aluminum inserts for the lower valance inductions .. my buddy has made and sold a few outta a Billet truck grille ....
This is what I'm gonna do... well not right off the bat ... but to come ..
