super heavy steering wheel !!!!

after my car came back from the body shop, i feel like driving someone else's car, the steering wheel became soo heavy and the brake is not tight as it use to be, is it because the aligment ? or the body shop adjust it ??

the steering has more "Feel" to it on the G35 then say a FWD rental car....

your alignment could be off, did you have a front impact on the axles?

yes, I had a accident with front right tire, so u guys think the algnment could be off?

what car did you drive while your car was in the shop... my mom has an older SUV and hwnever my car is either at the dealer or what not i drive her car then once i get my g back everything feels different especially the brakes and steering...and power

Yeah,it's off. First go get your tires balanced,and then get an alignment afterwards,and have them check all the steering components.

I drove my moms altima for a day, afterwards my car and steering felt REALLY heavy. Especially with 20s.

i did drove 07 Altima while my car is in the repair shop, but it really just dont feel right, it shouldnt be tight like that... i m just gonna go talk to the shop and tell them it feels really weird..i feel like driving a huge tuck or something...

If your not sure..take it to the dealer but don't tell them you had an accident. Let them diagnose it..if its something not done correctly by the bodyshop bring it back to them and tell them exactly what the problem is as per your dealership. I think this is better than having the shop doing trial and errors to determine what they did wrong.

they will charge him when they discover it was in a wreck...bad advise...if it was an insurance claim call your adjuster they will make the shop check it out again, if not take it for an alignment

They will call him before fixing anything. Once they call you and notify you of the problem then you tell them "no don't fix" and take it directly to the bodyshop to have it done.

In past accident experience..this is what I did rather than having the bodyshop play a guessing game. Infiniti won't charge you unless you authorize them to replace/repair anything.
