What do you guys want to see in Poly Urathane?
Recently finished all the projects and looking for a new one.. I'd like to do a front (currently working on) and a sideskirt...
I'm tired of making replicas.. as the new stuff I'm working on are using other styles.. I want to do something new..
What would you guys like to see get made? feel free to add your own "custom" ideas as they will all be taken seriously
I am probably not going to do a rear bumper until I find a better fiberglass fabricator as making a rear bumper is too big for a urathane mold.. yes we use high pressure injection molding but for me to make something as big as a rear bumper it requires alot of pressure..
The front bumper I want to work on something like the Visage Type-N bumper for the 350z.. or something alongs the style of that with a nice little lip on the front =) IMO it'll look good.. (working on photoshop right now)
but what would you guys like to see for the sides?
What I have now
Poly Urathane:
NISMO
TopSecret
INGs Full Kit
illusion lip for 06 sports bumper
Fiberglass
Impul Full Kit (including wing)
INGs Wing
Greddy Front
Greddy Sides
Everything else has been eliminated as they were from 3rd party manufactures..
so pretty much saying I want to make something new and like the input of fellow g35driver members.. WHAT WOULD YOU GUYS LIKE TO SEE?
I want to do sideskirts.. post pixs, photoshops, anything even if its for other cars
Kits will be made in Poly Urathane using high quality urathane through an injection mold machine.. quality control on this kit will be HIGH and price will be ranging from $500-$600 for front bumper $400-$500 for sideskirts..

+1 what he said
edit: maybe instead of having the lights stick out so far like they do on the kenstyle, have them pushed back a little bit to give it a smoother look.

Im going to play with PS tonight and see if I can create anything that looks good.
There is no possiblility of doing the brackets identical to the kenstyle? You obviously know your stuff but it seems like you might be able to just copy the style right over. no?
PS- I think a lot of people here, especially ones running FMICs, are looking for something with a wide center opening that doesnt stick out like the karuma (you know how it really kinda angles forward towards the bottom)

let me be your guinea pig.
i need a new front bumper that will allow access to my tow hook and allow free flowing air across my intercooler.
let me know if I can be of any help.

No, I'll be making a completely new bracket set up and have the urathane mold as part of the bracket.. it'll be a metal bracket with mounts built in on the bumper if i were to use fogs.. but then I'll need to find fogs to buy and make the hardware.. etc..
I do not want to go that far on the front bumper.. as theres more development and materials.. also i'll need to add on the charge for the Fogs.. it'll end up costing $1,000+.. for something that looks like a Kuruma Z.. i'd rather go for a completely different design (design of my own)..
Any PS I'll consider it =) I really want to do sideskirts tho.. we REALLY need new sideskirts lol

I dont know about the tow hook =\ The NISMO we have has a "Optional" tow hook.. meaning the owner still has to cut out the outline and add his own tow hook in.. this also gives the owner the option of filling in the hole (easily) for the flush look.. HOWEVER a bumper like the visage is going to be very extreme.. like the TS or Kenstyle fronts.. you might need a extra long tow hook (the screw part) for it to be functional =\ or there may be an airduct in the way =\.. or I can do it like the TS where the tow hook just peeks out of the duct and make an extended tow hook?
