our car has always had a stiff stearing wheel. You should have realized this during your test drive. I would suggest either getting used to it, working out, or sell your car. There is no real easy fix to this, I don't beleive.

other rwd and fwd's don't have stearing wheels this stiff. Our's is unique.

I guess you've never driven an NSX. No power steering on 91-94 with 5spd, all 95+ have electric assist that turns off at speed.

I think the VW's have even tighter steering feel..... My Sons' GTI feels really tight and precise........
I like the tightness over a flimsy/light steering set up.....Gives the feel of more control IMO...

I like it but not when im making a 90 degree turn, that is perpendicular to the road im in. I actually ran over a curb when i just got this car, the difference is overwhelming cause the turn is wider than most car i've driven.

The tightness of our steering wheel is awesome, I would hate if it was not the way it is.

It's called feedback; the steering is fine and is just as it should be... Some air pressure adjustment in the tires will make it right

I absolutely hate the stiff stearing in the g35's, other than that I love my car. I owned a chevy silverado for like 6 years and I guess that got me use to having a steering wheel with little resistance. Oh well i'll get use to it =)

i love the stiff steering, and i think in terms of turning perpendicular to the road u r in, i personally think it's better and easier to handle.
