This thing is a freakin' cop magnet...get pulled over by a CHP officer and he starts yelling at me, tells me to get out of the car and come back to his motorcycle with him...starts yelling at me again and says sarcastically, "so...you're just havin' a good time in your G35 with 280 horsepower...???!!!" I almost started laughing, but that wouldn't have been good cause I wanted to say, "well yes, actually I was"...*****...said he wasn't going to give me a ticket and then did anyway...I think he was bipolar...oh well...another ticket...another insurance payment...the car is still worth it though... If you'd like I can scan the ticket for you...I'm trying to make light of a shi**y situation since insurance is expensive enough and I can't go to traffic school for this one...but you're right...I just made it up because I want attention. So.... It was like late a night man. It had just started to snow. I came to a stop at a light and who should appear but a tiny red sleigh and 8 tiny rain deer.
The B!tch wanted to race! I pulled off a head in a really close race, just then that Red nosed deer blinded me with that damn light. Santa won by about a deer lenth. I was sooo dissapointed in my coupe. :-) Later that night..........

Hosh, you might as well get yourself a lawyer and fight this one. If you lose request traffic school anyway. You can tell the judge that you think you'd benefit from the classes. No where in the vehicle code does it call out the time frames between classes. I've tried this before and been awarded traffic school 3 months after another ticket and taking traffic school for that one! It's improbable you'd school but possible.

You might get lucky and not have the cop show up or the judge might find the cops comment prejudicial and find in your favor.

By the way, how fast were you going? How did he clock your speed (pacing, radar or just visually assessed your speed)?

posted speed was 35... i got up to 55~60...

i kno im stupid.. but i had to beat a 330ci next to me... n the cop had to get the "faster car"

 

When I got pulled over for speeding in the city, the first cop asks me if this is the same thing as a 350 Z, I say well it's almost but not quite. Then he spots my radar detector and asks why I need it if I'm not guilty. I told him I use it for the "safety" feature which detects emergency vehicle...no response. Second cop comes back to my window and asks "In the area buying dope?" I start laughing and said no. After running my license they let me off. I was speeding though!
