Does anybody know if the newer 6speed coupes are coming with armrests now?

 

I believe it's going to be those produced after March

Blade35 was looking into it ... check for all of Blade35 posts and you will see it somewhere....
he emailed infiniti customer relations or something and they replied with the armrests will be included in models made after december I believe .... so say end of January if you ordered you should be safe ... I HOPE... I want it to...
Also look under gsedanman's post .. he posted Infiniti's number and call them to ask.....

I'd be interested in knowing as well. I'm going to be ordering my car today with the 6MT and would like the console.

I also posted about my experience with that. I haven't seen what they told me come into action though...so I don't think anything will happen.

2003 coupe 6MT blue premium aero (on order)

 

I called Infiniti customer service and they told me that their newest bulletin says that they will tentavily start builing the G 35s 6 speeds with an armrest mid to late February, meaning we wont see them until a month after that.

 

Well ... its odd that there are so many conflicting answers all over the place and what is worse is that I may not get ONE !!!! I just "reordered" the black one so I am hoping that I get one .. I bloody well better !!! considering I have to wait till the END of may now...
Imagine getting it and it doesnt have it and then the next shipment comes in and it does !!!!!
WOW that would really **** me off man ... I would probably welll ... say that sucks....
I wouldnt do a whole lot.. oh well
I guess I just hope it comes with it ...

Any updates on the arm rest?

 

Spoke to Infiniti Customer Service and they assured me that 6 speeds producded starting this month WILL have armrests and any orders placed recently will have them. Hope this Helps.

 

I spoke with my dealers manager and he assured me the armrest will be in my ride for sure as it is supposedly not built yet.... and I will be gettin the thing in late april may time..

you know how dealers are ... anyhow.. guess I'm gonna have to see with the next arrivals.

 

I work for an Infiniti dealership in CNY and I will tell you all that the 6MT 4 Door Sedan that we got in last Friday has an armrest , but it sits way to back to be noticeable, dont know if the change will be different in the Coupe, hope this helps.
