i dont have a G, i have a 06 Z but had a question about the 05 G 6MT.... i know the redline is at 7k, but someone who has a 05 G 6MT says that the TRUE redline is at 7500rpm... meaning it says 7k is the actual redline but it can hit 7500 stock... true or false?

are you talking about the rev limiter?

 

limiter kicks on at 7200

 

i have an 06 DG G 6MT and i hit 7200 but right after that it just knocks off.. so u gotta know how to hit it.. ive done it so often im used to it, but if u dont pay attention to it, u like bog out, so if ur new to it stay at 7k.. its better anyways.. =) hope i helped
