Talking Got to love the warranty

Infiniti has the best warranty I have ever experienced.
So far I had my throttle body replaced, axle clicking fixed, brake rotors turned, HID bulb replaced and one more got for free (spare), HID control module replaced and today one more item.

Now the story.

I went to INFINITI of Tacoma for an Oil change today. And I decided to try to get my lights changed. As some of you might know that 06 Coupe lights are a recall item (not sure what's wrong with them) So I sat down with a service manager (woman) and in the whole process I asked her if my light are on the recall (knowing that they are not) So she tells me that they are not. So I went on to ask her what do they do with light that they take off. She told me that they ship them back to the factory in order to show that they actually do replace them. I asked her if I can get a pair or perhaps buy them for discount price. She said NO that it's a safety issue and such and such. So I pulled out my best card. I started complaining about my lights, that they are blurry and foggy (they were a little, passenger side was kinda foggy inside). I told her that it started getting like that after they replaced my bulb and power module. So she looks it up in the computer and....oh yessss we did replaced the module and the bulb. So I'm like.....Well maybe there was a seal broken or something like that . So she said that they will take a look at it.

After bout 30 minutes my car was done and guess what............?
They polished my driver side light (looks so freaking awesome now) and ordered me a new one for the passenger side and it will be there in three days and warranty covers it..........YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY
She booked me for next week (Wednesday) and I requested 07 sedan for a loaner...........

I love warranty

Heh! I of Tacoma has treated me very well for warranty work as well! The salesman aren't very knowledgable but the service has been great! I had my wiring replaced inside (there was a short in the wiring, so all the power functions like windows, locks, sunroof etc weren't working), had my Transmission replaced because it had a grind in 5th gear, they also gave me a new flywheel & clutch to go along with the tranny, had the axle tsb done, window grease tsb done & a bunch of rattles here & there fixed, all with absolutely no hassle from my end. I take my cars there for all the service.

Good story, Joker. It's good to hear a positive experience with Infiniti Warranty work, instead of complaints all the time.

the point is that my lights were just fine. I did not need to replace them. One was a little foggy and that's about it. But it was just a little foggy.
