Im wondering about my warranty status too. I just bought an 03 G35 coupe with 40000 miles on it and the CD player is acting up, also the power control for the outside mirrors doesnt control them (dead?) So Im wondering if I can work this in under the warranty even if its outside of the 4yr window since Im still under 60k???

Anyone have experience on how to go about it?

Thanks!

GOOD

BAD
You can barely see any difference. Only in first pic (a little ) and in second pic (little more) you can see some lines

I had both my front headlights changed for new ones last year when I complained about them being fogged on the inside. The service manager told me, no problem, and put them in as cracked. I was also quite surprised. In addition, I'm on my 4th set of tires that have all been paid for by Infiniti. Regardless, I still wish this damn car didn't have tire, brake, and paint issues.

I had issues with my headlights as well. Both of them developed a small crack above the Fog/High bulbs. The Dealer said it was due to the aftermarket bulbs I installed, stating they generated more heat than the stock ones.

I figured it to be BS, so I persued it, and they changed out both of them, and put in the stock fog/high bulbs and clearance lights for no extra charge.

I also complained about the drivers seat cushion collapsing, and they replaced the foam cushion and leather seat cover for free as well.
And, while I was there, I complained about a slight hesitation, and they replaced my throttle body for me also.

I have no major gripes with their service, and I think everyone of the problems I brought it in for were already well documented from previous owners with the same problems.
