we want to make our family coupe as loud as possible, HP is not an issue(got an EVO 8). who knows which available exhaust has the loudest note to it. we are leasing the car so 36 mos. of extra enjoyment(that great sound) is all we want.

 

Wanna show us some pictures with the Evo 8 and the Gcoupe next to each other? I've driven next to several Evo 8's but never got to actually see the two side by side.

picking up coupe real soon,we stuck with Lincoln LS V8 '01until March. Evo is lightning yellow and is stock. we have red coupe on order and will get with some exhaust installed by dealer.

I don't know if it is the loudest, but it was too loud for my taste.

You want LOUD? All you need to do is get rid of the cats with a set of "test pipes" ($200ish) and then get dual pipes out to the rear with a pair of coffee cans for mufflers...

You'll be LOUD!

I will bet that the Pro-1 exhaust is THE loudest exhaust available right now, short of open exhaust. I have it on my car. Without silencers someone else has measured over 110 dB.

Wow, that is loud. Probably will attract unwanted attention, ie. local law enforcement. > 90 db may be exceeding local bylaws.

 

That exhaust sounds pretty good. =)

I don't like it compared to our Gcoupe stock ones, but it does sound damn cool.
