So you guys, i have 50,000 miles on my '03 coupe (6mt with brembos if it makes a difference) and i was just wondering what i have to expect. Already, my 3rd gear grinds and my cd player broke. AND my passenger's side door's automatic door locks won't work, but it's because of my dumb passengers slamming it. So i was just wondering if anyone else with more mileage has experienced any problems!?

 

Not sure what you should expect and I'm sorry you had those problems, but I'm at 70K and no problems at all since 16K when they changed the transmission; it's been fine since then.

 

Hope you got everything repaired or replace before your warranty had expired.

your warranty is 4 years 60k miles...unless you bought your car early 03

 

I'd expect a new car if i were you

 

new car!! 335i! new G37! or new m3!

 

Powertrain warranty should still be in effect for the 3rd gear grind....

 

I'm about 500 miles from hitting 50k miles and I just got back from extending my bumper to bumper coverage from the dealer.

 

oo... 335i sounds good.
ok, i'm going to call infiniti soon and see what's up. Might get it fixed this weekend hopefully.
