Anyone know what size bulbs the coupe uses for the reverse lights? I could swear I saw a post on one of the forums recently about this, but all my searches couldn't find it.

If they're like the sedan, the bulb type is W2 (18watts).

 

I'm almost positive it's a different bulb than the sedan... I traded my sedan in on the coupe and I still have my PIAA's from the sedan reverses, but the coupe reverse lights appear to be a different creature.

somebody once posted a spreadsheet with all the bulb types of the car.
and according to that, it's suppose to be an 18W T16.

I'm planning to replace mine with something brighter too since I am gonna be putting a pretty dark tint in the rear. hope it'll help to see when I am backing up ;P

 

yeh they are in the owners manual. they are T16 / W2 18 watt bulbs
just put mine in today

na i dont have any pics but ill try to get some. i dont have a camera but my friend does so ill see if i can get some.

i got them cause of the 5% i have on the back and i need some brighter lights to see with. the lights are brighter by far. i can now actually see if something is behind me provided i am close to it so the light can reflect off it. on the other hand though, if there isnt anything behind me then i cant see very much because off the tint. i would def recommend them if you have tint on your rear window cause the will help. i got mine at www.optauto.com for $9.95 not too bad. cheapest place i have found so far. hope that helps
