Double din conversion from 03 to 07?

I have a 03 coupe and i was wondering if i could change my ac climate control to have a turning **** like the one in the 05-06 models. I dont like the button one. Is this possible?

why first off...and second the wiring harness is different

probably because it looks a lil different, a bit "cooler"? i think it would be a clean mod.
