Guys I am thinking of putting the clear bra just on the front bumper. I am debating about not putting it on the hood because of the visible line it creates across the hood.
First of all will this help at all or is most of the paint chipping done on the hood?
Secondly will this will look tacky or stand out once I wax/Zaino the car? The car is Twilight blue in color.
And third is how much do you guys think it will cost?

as far as doing the hood i would sugest that you do. if you do a lot of highway driving it will be worth it. my old car's hood looked like it was sandblasted after a year of highway driving.
i don't notice the line unless i am looking for it, then again my car is DG. for price it varies dependingon location. it cost me around $600 for the bumper, hood, lights, and side view mirrors.

 

It would definitely be better than nothing. Most of the paint chip complaints come from front bumper damage. I'm not saying that the hood doesn't get hit but the front bumper definitely takes the majority of the beating.
