Center Console on my 6mt
I have the 04 style center console and it's making clicking noises everytime I put pressure on the pad (which is everytime since I use it to rest my elbow to shift). Can this be fixed under warranty?

Re: Center Console on my 6mt
I don't have clicking noises but I do have these creaking and squeaking noises when it's cold outside. The noise goes away after a 15 minute drive with the heat set to 90.

For any interior creaks, noises, etc. You can take the car in and have infiniti check and replace parts as needed under warranty. Be aware that they will try to say every time that they could not duplicate the noise so it's best if you show them yourself. Also I don't know what mileage you have on your car but also be aware that in the fine print of the warranty Infiniti specifies that they only cover interior noises for the first 12,000 miles which is totally gay. I had to call Infiniti Consumer Services to get my local dealer to cover my issues when I brought mine in at 15,000. Good luck.

Just had mine fixed >>
I had a squeak/creak in the passenger side dashboard area. They figured out it was something rubbing with the glovebox and reinforced it somehow. Drove home with no creaking at all. (car is one month old).

I have this problem too. I beleive its caused by the metal and magnet strip rubbing against each other. I just put pressure on that area and move the arm rest a little to cause some friction. Goes away.
