Talking De De DEE tow truck driver

Well I had to call the dealership a couple days ago because the battery in my car was dead. Well the told me that They would prorate the battery and it wouldnt cost me much to have it reaplaced.

Well a couple days before this I tried to be a badass and turn around in the middle of the street and I curb checked the bumper and left a BIG scratch on the bottom of the front bumper.

This is funny, the toe truck guy comes and guess what..... Re-scratches the bumper pulling it up on the flat bed. hahah now they are going to pay for the replacement of the bumper. I got an estamate from the dealership to have the bumper replaced and painted, it was 1050.00 sucks to be that toe truck company. I am just going to buy that badass poly lip for like 300.00 have it painted and then put the rest of the cash towards some 20' Foose black df-5's.

thats some fuked up shlt.. the tow truck guy went out of his way to help you out, took a bull shlt tow job and probably only made 15 bucks out of it.

then this p.o.s. decides to sue the tow truck guy. scrapes from tows happens all the time. my integra gets its bumper halfway pulled out from a flat bed. did i sue the company for that? hell no, because that tow truck guy saved me that night. i was stranded, it was late and he gave me and my car a ride back home. tow was 95 bucks. i gave him 200 bucks cash.

i dont get it? either way, its scratched. and the scratch marks arent exactly identical, so part of it IS the tow trucks fault, and ther other part is the owners fault. But nonetheless, the tow truck guy learns his "lesson" to be more careful. imo, lesson learned for both the owner and tow truck driver.

HOW? If the tow truck scratched his bumper, then the bumper would need to be replaced/painted/repaired. How is that fraud? Just because the bumper wasn't perfect to begin with? What? He can only ask the tow truck company to pay for damages they cause if they damage a PERFECT bumper?

What are ALL OF YOU smoking? That's not fraud.

Dude, if my windshield is already cracked, but you decide to vandalize my car and throw a brick through it, guess what, YOU'RE paying for a new windshield. That's how it works. Same analogy with the bumper.

If the car is paid off, then he can do what he wants with the money. If the bank still holds a lien on the car, then he's obligated to get the car repaired based on the quote.
