Ok so I am changing the orange lights on the inside of my coupe into white and red. I am going to take a few pictures when I am done. I did ok with the gauge cluster with white LED and with all the lights because I could change the LEDs with new ones and add resistors but I am stuck on the circuity of the navi and the AC controls. I know they are 3mm surface mount LEDs but i dont know if i order some on ebay what type to get. i just want to replace them without messing with the resisitors. And if i do have to mess with the resistors then what do i get?? I got some on ebay that are white 1200-1500mcd. will those work without resistors? I am confused when it comes to surface mount LEDs! please help

I have looked at ALL his posts and they are detailed but they dont get into the surface mount LEDs and details to that. His link to ebay where he baught those is old and doesnt work. I qill try to PM him
